Lots of folks asked us if we were going to launch a coffee, or a powder, or a beverage. It was a tempting notion to launch a wide variety of products.
After all the noise around our launch simmered down, we saw our path with clarity. We chose to focus our energy on one product, and do it the best.
Our journey begins on a single, certified organic, regenerative farm in the USA. Every mushroom in our gummies is sourced directly from this farm, where proprietary mushroom-growing techniques are practiced with precision. Unlike other brands that source from multiple locations—often overseas—our mushrooms are grown with unparalleled quality control and consistency. Our cultivation process utilizes a proprietary solid-state fermentation technique, initially developed over 20 years ago in Japan. The substrate we use is enriched with powerful superfoods, such as Peruvian purple corn, quinoa, chia, canuhua, cumin, and flaxseed. These nutrient-dense ingredients fuel the mushrooms, enhancing their medicinal and nutritional benefits in every gummy.
Before inoculating the mushroom mycelium, we prime the nutrient absorption of our superfood blend, which is sprouted in alkaline redox-enhanced water. After heat and pressure activation, we inoculate the substrate with our mushroom mycelium culture. To foster the growth of potent bioactive compounds, we use advanced techniques, including specialized water, sound frequencies, and colored light. Each step reflects our commitment to excellence.
Our proprietary harvest and drying methods maintain the delicate bioactive compounds within our mushrooms. With carefully controlled temperatures and optimal airflow, we avoid polysaccharide burning—a common issue with rushed drying methods—preserving the integrity of polysaccharides and other nutrients.
Our mushrooms are grown on a blend of seeds, herbs, and superfoods, dramatically increasing their medicinal and nutritional value compared to standard substrates like rice or sawdust. This approach preserves polysaccharides, bioactive constituents, and micronutrients for superior wellness benefits. Our method also minimizes energy use, wastewater, and microbial contamination, resulting in mushrooms that more closely resemble their natural nutritional profiles.
